unfriendly staff

inadequate heating

the room was way too warm, and I could barely adjust the heating. also, the staff wasn’t friendly—definitley not what I expected. as a special guest, I woudl ve been thrilled with a little complimentary treat, but I guess that’s simply too much to ask. I almost left a glowing review, but I just couldn’t.

Inconsistent housekeeping service!!! Limited amenities like a safe and mini-fridge were a letdown!!! Noise insulation needs serious improvement, as street noise was bothersome!!!

The superb breakfast buffet provided a great selection to start the day, with fresh pastries and local delicacies on offer.

Parking was a significant issue as the hotel doesn't reserve spaces, leaving us scrambling to find an alternative lot nearby.

Convenient stay with good vibes

Loved the room size, perfect for a fam getaway. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. We had a blast chilling in the lounge bar after a long day out. Just a heads-up, the coffee at breakfast was kinda blah. Location is great, really close to the central station!

my stay at premier inn was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a lift away from the train station and only a short walk to the city center. the room was modern, stylish, and incredibly clean. the breakfast buffet had a great selection, everything was delicious, and the bed was super comfy. the staff were very friendly and supportive.
